Technology advancement in Education sectors
Education technology in classrooms is widely adopted all
over the world which makes the traditional ways of teaching easy and
comfortable. With the improvement in technology, the bundles of hard copy books
are minimized into the soft copy format and are easy to carry anywhere
in your smartphone or on USB. The copies and test papers are marked correctly
by the computer itself. It brings a lot of changes which are more easy and
useful.
Technology in Teaching
Technology has also played a vital role in teaching. At the current time, physical classes are temporarily closed off to avoid the interaction between students and teachers. The classes are taking place online with the help of some digital classroom apps such as Microsoft teams or the most popular application called Zoom. The learning management system has helped a lot to keep the record of the performance of students and also in taking online quizzes and the submission of assignments.
In Classroom
Teachers are using technology in the classrooms to deliver the lectures and also in some schools the attendance of students is taken from the biometric machines. In the past time teacher used to teach students through notebooks or the course books but in today time books are replaced with the soft copy in the form of a presentation which runs over the projectors.
Technology has taken place all over the world in all means and in some countries the students are learning the old books and old researches which seem to be outdated so I believe that schools and colleges should change their course syllabus with the new one and teachers should be teaching technology as an educational subject.
AR in the classroom
Students are more likely not interested in the studies but
there is a way to get the student interest towards studies. So how is it
possible? It is possible by using AR in the classroom. What is AR?
AR stands for augmented reality by which past events and
could be visualized real. Not just the events only, it is also used for a
better understanding of the assembly of automobiles or the building structures
and also the understanding of the organs in the human body. This AR technology has
opened a way of better understanding and also opens a way to keep the students
more focused and develop an interest in them.
Teaching subject with
technology
In our school and college times, some of us have computers in
the classroom which is called as Computer lab. Those computers are just
specifically used for the demonstration purpose in the primary classes and we
get our hands on it when we are in secondary classes and use it for some basic
programming.
Technology is improving day by day and most students are
leaned toward smart gadgets and devices with advanced technology. To teach
students that way that they take interest and love to study. For example, the
most annoying subject for the students to study is Social studies or history books. I think changing the way of teaching makes it easier for
students to understand and develop an interest in them by teaching social studies
with technology.
By using PDF books with amazing art makes it easier for
student to learn social studies and it ultimately develops an interest in those
subjects.
